Erica is the best!! So professional, detail-oriented, kind, and calm. During the wedding planning she was a great resource. She helped us think about things we were forgetting, talked us through picking a couple vendors, and was so on top of all of the details. I was nervous about making the day-of timeline but she took care of it all. It was very reassuring to know someone besides us was keeping track of what still needed to be done the whole time.

On the day, she helped so much – she picked up our flowers, ran the decoration set-up, made sure everyone + the photographer were on track, monitored our card/gift table, flipped decorations between the ceremony and reception, and I’m sure she did so much more that I didn’t even know about. At the end of the night, we got off the dance floor and everything was already neatly packed up and ready to put in our cars. We spent the entire day having fun and not worrying about any logistics. If there were any fires to put out, we were never even aware of them. Our wedding parties and all of our parents were so impressed with her and we were too! We can’t thank her enough!

We got married in September and Erica helped make it the best day ever! She not only took all of our ideas and turned it into an amazing timeline, she also has every detail you can imagine figured out! She is easy to reach out to and she can help calm the pre wedding nerves! I was initially skeptical of hiring a coordinator, but I’m so glad we did. She is by far the best in the industry!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Erica and would highly recommend her as a wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she made the entire wedding planning process feel so much less stressful. What stood out most was how consistently Erica made us feel taken care of. Erica gave us the freedom to be fully present with each other, our friends, and our family, and that is something we will always be grateful for. Erica was the absolute most amazing wedding coordinator that we could have ever asked for. Leading up to the wedding, she kept us on track with our monthly to-do list and made sure we were on schedule for the big day.
