Erica is an incredibly talented event planner.

She helped us put together a dreamy and love-filled fall wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch in Idaho Springs (as well as an epic rehearsal dinner at the Great Hall at Denver’s Union Station and a beautiful brunch at its Cooper Lounge)!

She’s incredibly organized and task-minded, while somehow consistently exuding ease and calm. She had great vendor recommendations and event-related ideas for us, and we are endlessly grateful for her know-how.

What makes Erica a particularly talented planner, though, is how she supports the people she works with. I often got overwhelmed or obsessive as the bride, and knew I could always call on Erica.

I would call her when I was stressed about something related to the event, and she, without fail, calmed my nerves. I would text her (at all hours of the night, mind you) with questions or ideas that popped into my head, and she always got back to me (at a reasonable hour) with organized and intentional responses. I would reach out whenever I wanted a brainstorming partner, and she consistently helped me build on my ideas as an expert collaborator.

Now, I am NOT encouraging you to reach out to Erica as often – or frantically – as I did, but I am writing this to elucidate what makes her particularly skilled at this work: she cares deeply for her clients. She wants your day to be exactly what you want it to be.

I couldn’t recommend Erica enough or thank her enough for all she did for me in this process. She helped make that day exactly what I wanted it to be – and she was there every step of the year-and-a-half-long process to get there!

Erica was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding at the Inn at Hudson Gardens and it went off without a hitch, or at least any that we were aware of. Erica ensured that any and all of our questions, concerns, or anything we needed more info on leading up to our big day were addressed. When we got to our big day we were able to just relax and enjoy it because she had everything handled for us. It was great getting to enjoy the day with our guest and not have to worry about coordinating with vendors.

We cannot recommend Erica enough! She is great at what she does and she will ensure that your big day is nothing short of spectacular.

Erica went above and beyond. in every way. Somehow, we got Erica to work with us through the entire wedding planning process (1 1/2 years) as well as coordinate the multiple weekend wedding events. This was a destination wedding so her connections and knowledge of the wedding venues in and around Denver were invaluable. Every single venue and vendor she recommended perfectly fit our intentions. My daughter and son-in-law had the wedding of their dreams!

Her easy going but very efficient temperament and manner are perfect for the job of a wedding planner. She kept everyone calm and on task and she was dealing with a large group of planners: the bride, groom, and mothers of the bride and groom, all of whom had different opinions at times! She dealt with every desire, whim, and need, always with a smile and capable hand.

If I had another wedding to plan, I’d contact her immediately! We could not have been more pleased.

Working with Erica made things so much easier! She helped take the stress off us by connecting with all vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. We had her help with day of planning, but it felt like she helped out way more throughout the year leading up. She was always there to help and check in when we were choosing vendors. Like others on here she was referred through Hudson Gardens and after everything I can see why.
