We’re Here to Make Your
Wedding Day Perfect
There are many wedding planners who offer day-of coordination as part of their packages. However, day-of wedding coordination is our passion.
Many of our brides (and grooms!) enjoy planning their weddings—from creating their own centerpieces to selecting their vendors to deciding their reception menu. They don’t want help with the planning—they want help executing all of their careful plans on their wedding day.
That is where Erica Whatley Events can help. Our job is to give you the wedding day you’ve always dreamed of and planned for—without the stress.
The Process
Erica Whatley Events will begin working with you as soon as you book to offer guidance, advice, direction, and recommendations through e-mail and telephone contact. Together, we will finalize your wedding timeline, review details about the vendors you’ve hired, work out any potential issues, attend your final venue walkthrough, and execute your wedding rehearsal.
A Day Without Stress
We will oversee, manage, and set up your event from the moment your first vendors arrive. We will be the main point of contact so you don’t need to worry about what is happening behind the scenes. Knowing that everything is being managed by a professional coordinator will allow you to enjoy your special day.
